We custom build three and four string guitars and a variety of other unique and upcycled musical instruments.  Click the "Photo Gallery" to the right to get an idea of what we build.  Click the  "Products" link to the right to get started shopping (or, better yet, contact us to talk about what you're looking for).  We're coming up on the 2013 festival season, so we're building up inventory that will mostly not be listed here until Fall.  Contact us if you don't see what you want - we'll work with you to get it to you asap!

Highpoint Museum Workshop

We had a blast at the Highpoint Museum on Feb 9th.  Great crowd, great music, great museum!  A few of our guitars are on display there, along with several antique home-made banjos.  One over 100 years old!  The museum is worth the visit next time you;re in the area.

Carrboro ArtsCenter Classes

We are supplying diddly-bos, three and four string guitars for a series of classes and workshops at The ArtsCenter in Carrboro, NC (www.artscenterlive.org).  Guitar master Justin Johnson will lead the classes and workshops, and students will use our guitars in class.  Students will then have the option of buying that guitar or diddly-bo at a special student discount.  Justin is a fantastic  evangelist for Cigar Box Guitars and roots musical instruments in general and you can find links to his vidoes in various places on our web site.  learn more bout Justin here: JustinJohnsonLive
