Payment:
We accept payment via Paypal (this includes paypal processing of credit cards). Click the paypal button next to any item to begin the purchase process.
Shipping is limited to the lower 48 United States and is provided exclusively by UPS Ground. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order and typically average $20 for a single guitar. If you buy multiple items paypal will add shipping for each. We'll assess shipping when we receive the order and adjut the Paypal invoice if the items can be combined to save shipping expense.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. Within 30 days return any instruments you bought here for a full refund no matter the reason as long as the instrument is in the same general condition as when you received it.. We'll cover all return shipping and refund any shipping charges you pay.
After 30 days and up to a year return any instrument with functional/workmanship problems. We will repair, replace or fully refund (including shipping) - whichever you prefer.
If your instrument is damaged contact us about our repair program. We can evaluate your damaged instrument and repair it or upgrade to another instrument in our inventory at a significant discount. Send a few photos of the damage and we can discuss options.
